What are your shipping charges?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States, provided the total cost of goods purchased is greater than $99.
Shipping Costs for orders under $99 vary based on the zip code of the ship to address. The amount for each shipping option (Ground, Next Day or 3 Day) are displayed in your shopping cart during checkout.

Do you offer free shipping on every item, regardless of size or weight?

Can you ship to addresses outside the mainland United States?
We currently only ship orders to the United States and Canada.
Canadian orders and orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will incur an additional shipping charge.
We do not ship to P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses.

When will my order be processed?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation immediately after your order has been placed. Check your confirmation carefully and make sure all the information is correct. If you need to make any changes, please reply to the confirmation e-mail as soon as possible. Changes may result in shipping delays.
Orders are generally charged to your credit card within 48 hours. Upon approval and verification of credit card information, orders will be processed for shipment. If the billing address you provide does not match the address on your credit card account, your order may be delayed.
Most items are shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Orders received after 1pm on Friday or on the weekend are processed on Monday. Some products require longer lead times. Estimated shipping times for these items are noted on the product pages of the web site.

When will I receive my order?
Most items will arrive in 3-9 business days (excluding holidays). Items with longer lead times are noted on the product pages of the web site. If you order multiple items they may arrive at different times.
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by phone or e-mail.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Can you gift wrap my order?
Gift wrapping is available for many items sold on this web site. Gift wrapping is offered for $5.95 per order. We will group together items in the same gift box where appropriate.
To select gift wrapping for an item, put the item in your Shopping Cart and proceed to Checkout. In the Checkout area you will have the option of adding Gift Wrap for your order. When you select the Gift Wrap option, you can also type a personalized gift message (limited to 300 characters).
Your gift will be tastefully wrapped in a either a white box with off-white polka-dots, or a white box then white dots on white wrapping paper. Each gift item will be wrapped in playful polka-dot tissue paper. The box will then be tied with our signature green ribbon. Your gift message will be handwritten on a What Every Baby Needs gift notecard, sealed in an envelope and enclosed with your gift.
When shipping items gift wrapped, we will not include an invoice in the package. Your order email confirmation will be considered your invoice.

Do you charge sales tax on online orders?
Orders shipped to New York will be charged the 7% sales tax.
No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states. However, if What Every Baby Needs is not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet. You are solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to you.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from What Every Baby Needs. You may return most items you purchase from us within 30 days, with an original receipt, for a full refund. Please click here to read our return policy

How should I ship my return?
Be sure to contact What Every Baby Needs before shipping your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept your return without a RMA #.
Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box and write the RMA # on the outside of the box. Enclose a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the reason for your return written on the back.
Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it to What Every Baby Needs using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS, FedEx or DHL. We will not accept COD shipments.
